We offer several options for placing an order with us.

Shipping:

• All shipments in the continental US will be sent by FedEx ground.
• We only ship to the continental US and Canada at this time.
• For your protection, all shipments will requires a signature upon delivery.

The majority of our warehoused items are shipped within 48 hours after we receive your order. All merchandise should be opened and inspected as soon as it arrives at your location. Shortages or items that have been damaged during shipping should be reported to us at 509-433-4719. Expedited shipping is also available - please Contact Us for details.

Wholesale Customers and Bookstores

Healing Mountain Publishing welcomes wholesale orders. You can establish an account and have our wholesale prices emailed to you by contacting wholesale(at)healingmountainpublishing.com.

Examination Copies

We would be happy to send any qualified instructor a copy of a textbook for examination on a complimentary, 30-day preview basis with an invoice. A copy of our Medical Textbook Review Policy is located on the FAQ page. If you would like to take advantage of our preview program, please print and complete the Medical Textbook Review Request Form. We will review the form, contact you, and arrange for the textbook to be sent.

If you feel our materials will meet your needs and you plan to use our textbook for your class, please provide proof of adoption on your institution's letterhead. The textbook will then become your desk copy and your invoice will be cancelled.

If you feel our materials will not meet your needs, please return them (with invoice) after the preview period, and your invoice will be cancelled. If you need a longer preview period, please contact us to make arrangements.
